| ||It is our pleasure to invite you to attend a forum of business, legislative, healthcare, and community leaders.|
The Maine Shared Community Health Needs Assessment (Maine Shared CHNA) is a dynamic public private partnership that creates Shared Community Health Needs Assessment Reports, engages and activates communities, and supports data-driven health improvements for Maine people.
The Maine Shared CHNA study, sponsored by a collaborative of Central Maine Healthcare, EMHS (EMHS to become Northern Light Health on October 1, 2018), MaineGeneral Health, MaineHealth, and the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention, has compiled County Health Profiles from all 16 counties.
This next step in the process is to learn from the community what is important to them. This is your opportunity to provide valuable input based on the 2018 Hancock County Health Profile and identify what you think is important for the health of your community. The County Health Profile will be sent to all registrants the first week of September for you to review.
We hope to see you at this important and informative session.
